At Nana's Remedy Co., we are committed to delivering your products efficiently and safely. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy.

Shipping Costs

We ship Australia-wide from our fulfillment partner.

• Standard Shipping: $9.90 (usually 3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $14.90 (1–3 business days where available)

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information sent to your email.

Delays

During peak periods, delivery times may be longer. We will keep you updated via email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@nanasremedy.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement, including return shipping costs.
